ArchiCAD Jobs

There are a lot of places to look for ArchiCAD jobs, but usually the positions are scattered among a whole variety of other opportunities. So it pays to keep an eye on local AIA boards, craigslist, the Archinect job board (when you click on this link make sure to add the keyword “ArchiCAD”), etc. And on many sites you can filter the job postings by keywords; searching the jobs on Archinect using the keyword ArchiCAD makes life much easier.

But I wanted to call everyone’s attention to two ArchiCAD specific job boards:

ArchiCADjobs.com has a nice list of ArchiCAD related positions. They are also pretty good about posting the positions on twitter.

But the best place to keep an eye out for ArchiCAD jobs is the official Graphisoft ArchiCAD jobs board. Even better, follow their RSS feed. The RSS feed is great because I can easily check it on my phone everyday and keep track of when new positions pop up that might be good for people I know (or freelance positions that interest me). And if you’re on the hiring side of the equation, I highly recommend posting here. That will make the board even stronger and more useful for everyone.

Oh and why am I talking about this right now? Well right now (March 13th, 2012), there are three really interesting looking jobs on the Graphisoft job board that have been posted in the last week –two in California and one in New York City.

With all that said, where else do people look for ArchiCAD related work?
