We’re trying something new in December for the Minnesota ArchiCAD User Group. Instead of an evening meeting we’re going to have a lunch presentation. It’ll be at Wilkus Architects and the intent will be to have it more like a 90 minute training session. I’ve asked them to pick some topics that interest their office (though other topics are welcome). Why do they get to pick the topics? Because not only are we meeting in their space like usual, they’re buying lunch! If you’d like to join us you’ll need to RSVP. Don’t delay because there are only 6 spaces available. There are a lot of Wilkus people already signed up, so we’ll be maxing out their space for this one.

If this goes well I’d love to do more either at Wilkus or another firm in town. I envision a whole series of these throughout the Winter and Spring. How cool would that be? If you’re interested in hosting a similar ArchiCAD Lunch meeting/seminar/User Group, let’s talk. And don’t worry, if you can’t make it for lunch, we’ll still be doing our standard evening User Group meetings as well (though not until 2013).
