GRAPHISOFT Ships ARCHICAD 19 / Users can now download ARCHICAD 19

BUDAPEST, June 23, 2015 — GRAPHISOFT®, the global leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions for architects, announced today that ARCHICAD® 19’s global rollout process has begun.

Shipping starts with the US, UK/Ireland and International versions on June 24, followed by the German version on June 30 — the first four of 27 local versions, which — according to a busy release schedule — will all reach the market by the end of Q3 2015.   1. Hi Jared, since Windows 10 is to be released soon too, was wondering if Archicad 19 is going to work on Windows 10? the official system requirements don’t say so….do you know anything about this?

  2. That’s a great question. I haven’t heard anything specific, but I’m absolutely certain ARCHICAD 19 will work on Windows 10. The only question is whether it will be ready on Day 1 or not. My hunch is that soon after the release of Windows 10, we’ll see a Hotfix for ARCHICAD 17, 18, and 19 addressing compatibility issues for those versions. So my advice is assume ARCHICAD 17 through 19 will be work, but wait until the official announcement/Hotfix before upgrading to Windows 10.
