ArchiCAD 18 Update #2 or 2.5 or #3: (Build 5100)
ArchiCAD 18 Update 2 (build 5100) or Update 2.5Â (build 5100) or Update 3 (build 5100), I’m not sure what they are calling it, was released today. This is the quick fix to the major Teamwork-related bug in building 5014.
You can read about all the details and download the update (if your ArchiCAD isn’t set to automatically notify you) here. As always this update applies to ArchiCAD, BIM Server and all other components: BIMx, MEP Modeler and all GRAPHISOFT-distributed Add-Ons and Goodies. Additionally this update (and all future updates and hotfixes) now also pertain to BIMcloud, for those of you using it as well.
While Update 1 was the official OS X 10.10 Yosemite compatibility update, this build has further fixes and improvements for those of us using OS X 10.10. Also I know there’s some IFC fixes that are important to many IFC-focused ArchiCAD gurus. But I don’t remember the details (I just know at least one of them got this update early because the fix was that important). If you have a few spare minutes, read (or skim) the entire list of improvements; it’s always fascinating and educational. Make sure to look at the list of improvements for Build 5100 and Build 5014, as they are essentially one update-especially for those of you that didn’t jump the gun and update the second 5014 came out on last week.
Remember to update everyone using Teamwork 2 (including the BIM Server and BIMcloud) at the same time.

Jared,
The link in the article points to BIMcloud update. The ArchiCAD update is here:

The update is just labeled wrong, I think. The link above goes to 5100, which is the replacement for 5014. It should say ArchiCAD and BIMcloud.
