The TenOne20 Townhouses are located at the edge of downtown Bothell, Washington, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, the farmers market, street festivals, McMenamin’s, parks, the library, and the UW Bothell and Cascadia College campuses. Each of the four townhouses is 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with a bonus flex space on the ground floor. Decks off the third floors provide direct exterior access from the Living/Dining/Kitchen spaces.

This project has been a three year journey. It began in late 2022, when myself and two friends bought the property. Together we are the architects, contractor, and developer of this project.
