TenOne20 Townhouses

The TenOne20 Townhouses are located at the edge of downtown Bothell, Washington, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, the farmers market, street festivals, McMenamin’s, parks, the library, and the UW Bothell and Cascadia College campuses. For sale Summer 2025, each of the four townhouses is 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with a bonus flex space on the ground floor. Decks off the third floors provide direct exterior access from the Living/Dining/Kitchen spaces.

This project has been a three year journey. It began in late 2022, when myself and two friends bought the property. Together we are the architects, contractor, and developer of this project.
