Double Gable House
A landscape architect and a commercial architect owned and lovingly cared for a 1919 craftsman home in the Greenwood neighborhood of North Seattle. When it was time to remodel, they asked friends in the design community who they should work with. The result was a collaboration between the three of us to expand the upstairs and open up the main floor in time for the home’s 100th birthday party in 2019.
