I prefer to work directly with homeowners, but every once in a while there’s a house I can’t say no to. A local developer reached out to me looking for help in updating this 1931 home with spectacular views of Lake Washington. In addition to taking the interior of the house down to the studs and building a new dormer to create a much needed primary suite, we added a two car garage, accessible from the alley, nestled at the bottom of the steeply sloped backyard.
